« A TRIP TO THE COUNTRY «ENGLLAND»

Цель : стимулировать интерес учащихся к изучению английского языка.

— систематизировать лексико-грамматический материал по темам разделов учебника » Spotlight » для 5 класса.

— практиковать учащихся в чтении, говорении.

— развивать умение языковой догадки, мышление, память.

— воспитывать у учащихся чувство коллективизма и уважительного отношения друг к другу во время работы в группе.

Формы работы : работа в группах.

Оформление : ноутбук, телевизор, электронная презентация, видеоролик, раздаточный материал.

T: Good morning pupils!

I’m glad to see you. How are you? Do you know English? Can you read and speak English? We’ll see it. Today we’ll have a competition. Three teams will take part in our competition.

Now, let me introduce our judges. Here they are: ….

It’s high time to begin our competition.

Well, let’s imagine that we are passengers of the plane. We are going to travel to the cities of the country «Englland». Close your eyes . Fly , fly , fly (дети повторяют за учителем взмахи руками). Цель: обобщить и закрепить полученные знания по теме «Путешествие»

повторить пройденную лексику по теме

повторить и закрепить грамматику (глагол to be)

научить извлекать из текста необходимую информацию

развивать навыки самостоятельной и групповой работы

развивать познавательный интерес

учить работать в команде

повысить интерес к изучению английского языка

Оборудование: презентация, текст для чтения, раздаточный материал.

T: Good morning, my dear children! I’m very glad to see you. Today we are going to go to one unknown country. Look I have found a map!

The pirates hid treasure there. But pictures on the map a damaged by the water. Let’s create the map and find the treasure. After each task, we will fill the map. We are going to cope with some difficulties on our way and if we do it well we’ll have some bonuses .

Can you tell me what we need?

P: We need a captain and a ship

You are right, we need a captain and a ship.

If we have a captain and a ship we are going to travel by the sea. How does the sea sound?

T:What we can see at the sea? Repeat after me!(ship, shell, shark, shore, shallop, shake)

I like reading too. My favourite books about travelling and pirates. I got a lot of books. you like reading? What your favourite book? Who your favourite author?

I do not go to school. My younger brother goes to school. He good at History. He got 6 subjects every day. His favourite subjects Biology and English. What your favourite subjects? you have a favourite teacher?

T: Well done! We have a bonus! It is a car. This car will help us to travel. Stick your bonus on the map.
